Black Rotman Commerce (BRC) is an organization dedicated to supporting students professionally, academically, and socially with the goal of advancing Black representation in industry.

BRC aims to:

  1. Facilitate connections amongst our network of students, professionals, and organizations to support individual pursuits of BRC members and community-driven initiatives

  2. Host events that prepare Black students & graduates to pursue opportunities in industry including our flagship Black Career Conference

  3. Provide BRC members with academic and professional development support whilst building a strong sense of community on campus

BRC is here to bridge the gap between firms and talent by preparing students with the right tools to succeed and ensuring easier accessibility to these opportunities.
